[Remote] Human Resources Generalist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SBS Creatix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support various HR functions in St. Louis, MO. This role involves managing employee relations, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws while serving as a trusted resource for employees and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Support ADA accommodation requests and assist with leave administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems
- Coordinate onboarding activities and support training and development initiatives
- Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Administer employee benefits programs and communicate benefit information
- Track and analyze HR metrics, including turnover and hiring trends
- Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Basic understanding of employment law and ADA accommodations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- High school diploma required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, GPHR) are a plus
- Experience with HR systems such as ServiceNow is preferred but not required
