[Remote] Implementation Specialist

They are seeking an Implementation Specialist responsible for leading new client implementations, managing client contract changes, and overseeing internal projects. The role involves hands-on training, consulting, data migration planning, and project management to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Leading new client implementations, client contract changes, and internal or special projects
- Handling incoming project requests as part of a team
- Reporting to the Manager, Implementation
- Working with internal teams at Epiq based on project requirements
- Taking on project responsibilities directly based on resources

- Must be able to lead multiple simultaneous projects or efforts with competing deadlines and challenges
- Must be able to take personal responsibility for project outcomes to ensure success
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional ability to create clear and effective documentation
- Exceptional ability to collaborate with other teams and lead without direct reporting relationships
- Must be able to learn new technology solutions, including independently researching new complex technical concepts or software and having consultative discussions with customers
- Must be able to build collaborative relationships with clients and internal contacts
- Must work well under pressure in a reactive, agile project-based environment
- Associates are expected to participate in continuous personal development to meet new client and business opportunities
- Potential for 5-10% travel depending on client & project requirements
- 1-2 years experience or certification related to project management or project coordination
- 1-2 years experience leading customer remote and/or on-site training programs
- 1-2 years experience with information technology
- Personal experience with legal services or litigation support
- 1-2 years Software experience or certification related to Relativity
- 1-2 years Software experience or certification related to eDiscovery collection, process, or review technology
