[Remote] Infor HCM Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Optomi is seeking an experienced Infor HCM Consultant to support the stabilization, optimization, and adoption of a recently implemented Infor HR platform. This role involves providing functional expertise, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training to enhance user experience and maximize the organization's investment in Infor HCM.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise across the Infor HCM platform, including system configuration, workflows, reporting, and business process optimization
- Partner directly with HR users and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and improve day-to-day system utilization
- Support remediation and optimization efforts stemming from Phase 1 implementation activities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and functional counterpart to Infor technical resources, ensuring proposed solutions align with business requirements and best practices
- Assist with Phase 2 initiatives while helping internal resources build platform knowledge and expertise
- Deliver hands-on training, coaching, and knowledge transfer to HR and IT staff to increase long-term self-sufficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve adoption, streamline processes, and enhance the overall user experience
Skills
- Extensive experience supporting and configuring Infor HCM/HRIS solutions
- Strong functional expertise in HR business processes, workflows, reporting, and system administration
- Proven experience supporting post-implementation stabilization and optimization efforts
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoption
- Excellent communication, training, and knowledge transfer skills
- Experience serving as a liaison between business users and technical teams
- Experience with Infor OneHR or related Infor HCM platforms
- Background supporting large-scale HR technology implementations and transformations
- Experience working within utilities, public sector, or highly regulated environments
