[Remote] Infor Syteline Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NAVA Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Infor SyteLine Functional Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Infor SyteLine ERP solutions for manufacturing environments. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and provide functional support across various SyteLine modules.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Configure and support Infor SyteLine / CSI modules based on business needs
- Lead functional workshops, gap analysis sessions, and solution design discussions
- Work closely with manufacturing, inventory, procurement, planning, finance, and customer service teams
- Support end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and optimization projects
- Create functional design documents, SOPs, training materials, and user guides
- Coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations, integrations, and reports
- Perform system testing, UAT support, issue resolution, and production deployment activities
- Provide post-production support and troubleshoot functional issues
- Ensure ERP processes align with manufacturing best practices and business objectives
- Support data migration, master data setup, and validation activities
- Train end users and provide ongoing functional support
Skills
- Strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Infor SyteLine ERP solutions for manufacturing environments
- Deep functional knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, finance integration, and ERP implementation methodologies
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Experience in configuring and supporting Infor SyteLine / CSI modules based on business needs
- Experience leading functional workshops, gap analysis sessions, and solution design discussions
- Ability to work closely with manufacturing, inventory, procurement, planning, finance, and customer service teams
- Experience supporting end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and optimization projects
