They are seeking a Systems Engineer to manage a self-hosted ServiceNow Platform and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, collaborating with development teams to innovate and resolve challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead/Manage/Support Self-Hosted ServiceNow Platform administration
- Collaborate with multiple development groups to deploy updates and troubleshoot issues related to the ServiceNow Platform
- Drive outcomes and work with development teams to innovate, resolve challenges, etc
Skills
- 2 + years of related experience
- Must have Linux Administration
- Microsoft Windows Server
- ServiceNow Administration
- ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- ServiceNow Platform
- Java
- JavaScript
- Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
- Security clearance level: Public Trust
- US citizenship required
