[Remote] Marketing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Management Recruiters of Tallahassee is seeking a Marketing Manager for a multi-process metal forming and fabrication company. The role involves building market intelligence capabilities, identifying growth markets, and developing inbound lead generation strategies to support B2B sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain market intelligence on the company’s served and adjacent markets, including industry trends, competitive activity, and shifts in customer demand
- Identify, research, and prioritize emerging and high-growth markets where the company’s metal fabrication capabilities create a competitive advantage
- Build and execute inbound lead generation strategies that drive top-of-funnel activity and deliver qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Translate market and capability data into clear targeting strategy, value propositions, and outreach themes aligned to specific industries and applications
- Partner with sales and applications engineering to align marketing programs with the technical, capability-based nature of the company’s B2B sales cycle
- Own and manage the marketing budget, prioritizing spend toward the highest-return channels, campaigns, and market opportunities
- Develop and manage digital presence, content, and campaigns (website, search, email, and relevant trade/industry channels) to generate and nurture inbound demand
- Establish reporting and metrics to measure pipeline contribution, lead quality, and marketing return on investment
- Support brand positioning and messaging consistent with a multi-capability contract manufacturing value proposition
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience building or growing a marketing function, preferably in a B2B industrial, manufacturing, or contract manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of inbound and demand generation strategy, including digital channels, content, and lead nurturing
- Ability to research and interpret market trends and translate them into actionable targeting and growth recommendations
- Experience owning and managing a marketing budget
- Comfort operating independently as a self-directed contributor in a lean marketing environment
- Familiarity with metal stamping, fabrication, or similar industrial manufacturing processes is a strong plus
