[Remote] Operations Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SQUISHWORLD is a custom squishy toy brand launching across TikTok, Instagram, and a direct-to-consumer site. They are seeking an Operations Coordinator to build squishies, manage inventory, and create content, with the potential for an ongoing role based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Build squishies
- Post office : daily drop-off (pending quantity of orders)
- Content : 21/week (3/day minimum). Deliver daily or all at once (if weekly by Sunday EOD, if monthly by last day of the previous month EOD). Source products for us to purchase for your in-home video set up
- Inventory : track your stock, reorder when needed (process discussed on weekly calls)
- Bonus: optimize inventory sourcing through vendor and landscape research
- Bonus: propose new materials to enhance the product
- Experiment with squish crunch to start, self guided and proposed experimentation ongoing
- Communication : 10 min daily check in (reassessed after week 1). Quick texting communication response times
Skills
- Ability to build squishies quickly (under 30 seconds per toy)
- Daily drop-off at the post office based on order quantity
- Ability to create and deliver 21 pieces of content per week (minimum of 3 per day)
- Capability to source products for in-home video setup
- Inventory tracking and reordering when needed
- Participation in weekly calls to discuss inventory processes
- Optimization of inventory sourcing through vendor and landscape research (bonus)
- Proposing new materials to enhance the product (bonus)
- Self-guided experimentation with squish crunch
- Daily 10-minute check-in communication
- Quick texting communication response times
