[Remote] PLM SAP Consultant 100% Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled PLM SAP Consultant to support a critical Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementation initiative. The consultant will be responsible for aligning and integrating PTC Windchill PLM with SAP ERP, ensuring accurate data mapping, process synchronization, and seamless business operations.
Responsibilities
- Align and integrate PTC Windchill PLM with SAP ERP
- Ensure accurate data mapping and process synchronization
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
Skills
- Minimum 8+ years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with PTC Windchill PLM
- Minimum 5+ years of SAP functional experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
- Proven experience in Windchill–SAP integration projects
- Strong experience with PLM implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects
- Experience mapping and synchronizing data between Windchill and SAP
- Strong understanding of Material Master
- Strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Strong understanding of Engineering Change Management (ECM/ECR/ECO)
- Strong understanding of Product Data Management (PDM)
- Strong understanding of Document Management
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions
- Experience supporting testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
- Ability to work independently and interact with business and technical stakeholders
