Skills

- Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Experience with project management tools like Jira
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- PMP or Scrum Master certification
- Experience in IT or software development environments
- Familiarity with hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies
