[Remote] Real Time Interface Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Health Data Movers (HDM) is a "Best in KLAS" healthcare technology services firm, seeking a Real-Time Interface Analyst for their integration team. This role is responsible for the build, support, and troubleshooting of real-time HL7 interfaces between Epic and clinical vendor systems.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day build, monitoring, and break-fix for the interface portfolio
- Partner with vendor support and application teams on issue resolution and upgrades
- Document interface specs, message flows, and operational runbooks
Skills
- Epic Bridges certification
- Hands-on production support experience in a live Epic environment
- Demonstrated experience building and supporting the following interface types:
- Radiology / PACS
- Cardiology and hemodynamics (cath lab, echo)
- Document management integration (e.g., OnBase or equivalent ECM)
- Nurse call / clinical communications middleware
- Ensemble (InterSystems) experience building and supporting real-time interfaces
- Direct experience with Merative Merge, Merge Hemo, MergeCardio, Natus Synergy, or Spok
