[Remote] Recruiter – Korean Speaker

The role involves proactively sourcing candidates and building strong candidate pipelines while working remotely and flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify skilled professionals across a variety of industries
• You will be responsible for referring experts to join LLM data training projects, offering them fully remote and flexible work opportunities
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified experts
• Act as a long-term talent partner, strengthening and expanding our professional community over time

Skills

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally across multiple industries
• Experience hiring in South Korea, North Korea, China, and across major Korean-speaking diaspora communities in North America, Central Asia, and Japan
• Native or bilingual Korean proficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage candidates persuasively
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
