They are seeking a talented remote recruiting professional to support recruitment initiatives, particularly in attracting top culinary talent and senior foodservice operations leaders.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment initiatives for one of the world’s largest employers
- Partner with major brand accounts to attract top culinary talent and senior foodservice operations leaders
- Utilize social media tools to attract top talent
- Work closely with a matrixed organization
- Gather and present target market analytics
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field is preferred; or 5 years of direct experience in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in leveraging social media tools
- Ability to assess high-level talent and make recommendations to internal business clients
- Understands business strategies and able to interweave recruitment strategy
- Hospitality or Foodservice background is highly desired
- Previous experience recruiting foodservice professionals preferred
