[Remote] Remote Personal Lines Central Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rate Insurance is an independent insurance brokerage dedicated to providing exceptional service and value to customers. The Remote Personal Lines Central Account Manager will build rapport with existing customers, respond to inquiries, process insurance requests, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with existing customers to offer the best solutions to their specific needs
- Provide timely responses to inquiries via phone and email
- Process certificates, endorsements, and binder requests for personal lines insurance policies
- Cross-sell products to existing customers
- Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction
Skills
- At least one year of Property and Casualty Insurance experience
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in ND, SD, NE, WI, MN, IN, OH, IA, MI
- Located in the Central Standard Time Zone
- Successful track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multiple licenses preferred
