[Remote] Senior Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cimpress is a global leader in the Mass Customization industry, specializing in bringing print and customization to modern standards. They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Fulfillment Data team, focusing on transforming complex data into actionable insights to enhance manufacturing processes and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Be immersed in a product team (e.g., Product Manager, Data Engineers) where you will collaborate with stakeholders and build data products, and continually bring forward ideas and insights to drive value for our customers
- Perform data exploration, visualization, and dashboarding. Identify critical trends and drivers, conduct in-depth exploratory data analyses, and create self-service views to foster understanding and empower stakeholders across the organization, influencing key business decisions through clear and compelling communication of findings
- Data Analysis and Modeling. Help create a source of truth for our business and product metrics through the development of a semantic layer
- Collaborating in a fast-paced, agile environment that focuses on delivering customer value early and often
- Act as a Value-driven impact partner for key business stakeholders, influencing strategy and growth opportunities across the company through strong presentation and communication skills
- Drive analytical excellence by contributing to best-in-class analytics that serve the wider business, and effectively communicating complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences
Skills
- 4+ years in analytics
- Expert in SQL
- Deep experience with data presentation/visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience with building in DBT and storing code in GIT
- Comfortable with exploratory analysis and statistical techniques
- Ability to tackle complex problems and draw inferences from data
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to deliver on projects supporting multiple business partners effectively
- Experience partnering with cross-functional team members
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Experience in a retail or manufacturing environment
- Master's degree
- Proficiency in at least one additional programming language (e.g., Python)
