[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst

MyRemoteTeam Inc is seeking experienced Finance Domain Experts to join an exciting AI evaluation and development project focused on improving the performance of Large Language Models in complex financial workflows. The role involves defining financial workflows, creating evaluation frameworks, and assessing AI capabilities across various financial tasks.
Responsibilities
- Define and map real-world financial workflows within your area of expertise
- Create evaluation frameworks, test cases, and success criteria for AI-generated outputs
- Assess AI capabilities across financial tasks such as:
- Financial statement analysis
- Company valuation
- Market and competitive research
- Risk assessment
- Investment research
- Support data curation, annotation, and prompt engineering initiatives
- Review AI-generated responses and provide structured feedback for model improvement
- Develop rubrics and quality standards to ensure accurate and reliable outputs
Skills
- 12+ years of professional experience in Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, or Equity Research
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience with financial research, valuation, modeling, or investment analysis
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Investment Banking (M&A, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance)
- Private Equity (Deal Sourcing, Due Diligence, Portfolio Management)
- Asset Management (Portfolio Management, Investment Strategy, Quantitative Analysis)
- Equity Research (Financial Modeling, Company Analysis, Research Reports)
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools, Prompt Engineering, Data Annotation, or FinTech applications is a strong plus
