[Remote] Senior Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IMCS Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join their Marketing Analytics team. The role involves leading GA4 migration, driving AppsFlyer SDK implementation, and partnering with various teams to deliver marketing data initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead GA4 migration across web and app products
- Drive AppsFlyer SDK implementation across major mobile apps
- Define and govern event tracking taxonomy, instrumentation, and data quality standard
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Data teams to deliver marketing data initiative
- Manage technical QA, tracking validation, attribution logic, and vendor relationship
- Negotiate engineering capacity and influence cross-functional roadmap
Skills
- 7+ years in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, MarTech, or Data Enablement
- Hands-on experience with GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch, GTM/Tealium
- Strong understanding of event instrumentation, attribution, analytics, and data architecture
- Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery/Snowflake, and engineering workflows
- Experience working with engineering teams in consumer technology, media, streaming, retail, or similar app-based businesses
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
