They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a highly technical manufacturing facility and manage procurement and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of a highly technical manufacturing facility
- Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and installation of £40M specialist capital equipment
- Oversee commercial performance including cost control, budgeting, and contract negotiation
- Coordinate stakeholders and ensure smooth transition from construction through commissioning to operational readiness
Skills
- Proven experience as a Senior Project or Programme Manager on complex engineering projects
- Strong engineering background (mechanical, electrical, or industrial)
- Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, cleanroom, or similar high-tech environments
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, procurement processes (RFP/RFQ), and capital equipment delivery
