Remote Senior QA Engineer
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. In this position, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues, while also contributing to the overall improvement of our testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for various software applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects, as well as work with developers to resolve them.
- Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure application scalability and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on software design and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and testing processes.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in performance testing and tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Salary: 140000 - 250000 USD Per annum
