[Remote] Senior User Experience Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Orange Logic is a company that has been solving complex content challenges for over two decades with their intelligent Digital Asset Management system. The Senior User Experience (UX) Designer will create satisfying and compelling experiences for users of the Orange Logic Platform, utilizing user research and client feedback to inform their designs.
Responsibilities
- Develops a range of UX deliverables, including task flows, information architecture (IA) diagrams, design studies, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Creates detailed design specifications for our product development team
- Plans and conducts user research, user testing, and A/B testing
- Distills complicated problems into simple and elegant solutions
- Uses recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experience
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Design, or a related field
- Knowledgeable about UX fundamentals and best practices
- 5 years experience in design for a SaaS and B2B product
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates creation of experiences that solved business and user needs
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; Javascript is a plus
- Knowledge and deep understanding of composition, balance, symmetry, and white space
- Ability to execute complex projects with high levels of ambiguity and limited direction
- Fluency in Figma
