[Remote] SQL Server Data and Analytics Specialist

The SQL Server Data and Analytics Specialist will develop, support, and optimize robust solutions in SQL Server for Legal Services projects, collaborating with Solutions Architects and Project Managers to exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, debug, and test T-SQL code to address a wide range of technical and analytical problems
- Determine and implement effective strategies to explore, analyze, interpret, standardize, and conform complex datasets
- Collaborate with team members to determine the sufficiency of data and ensure alignment in requirements
- Assist Solutions Architects in the development of data processing plans that address the custom needs of each project
- Interface with business stakeholders to identify new and/or clarify existing requirements
- Manage and prioritize assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines are achieved, communicating appropriately about progress and obstacles
Skills
- High end analytic skill in SQL

- Ability to shift quickly
- 5+ years' experience in leading the development of technical solutions
- 10+ years' experience with SQL Server and/or other relational databases
- Advanced/expert level knowledge and experience working with SQL Server and/or in the development of T-SQL code
- Proficient in tuning T-SQL queries and/or in the optimization of database server performance
- Experience performing complex data analysis of very large datasets
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or related fields) strongly preferred
- Ability to understand complex business processes and adapt solutions to meet the needs of the business
- Excellent communication skills for collaborative interaction with peers, managers, and business stakeholders
- Comfortable in consultative interactions, able to clearly and confidently articulate both challenges and solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Must enjoy and have experience working in a fast paced environment, able to quickly realign with shifting priorities
