[Remote] Sr. Recruiter (Contract)

They are seeking a Sr. Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for their clients, emphasizing strategic hiring initiatives and fostering inclusive hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process while providing world-class candidate and applicant experiences
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities
• Strategically go-to-market to support Bloom clients with engaging, assessing and hiring more diverse folks to join their team
• Offer a care-centric approach to the application and candidate journey
• Advise clients on how to build their team through the lens of inclusion
• Cultivate a thoughtful and values driven approach to support our clients with hiring
• Provide regular updates and shared analytics with Bloom clients
• Flex your creative sourcing muscles to build diverse candidate pipelines

• Have a multichannel approach to recruitment: inbound, outbound, referrals, social media etc

• Feel comfortable calling-in hiring managers and team members when they are evaluating candidates from a point of bias
• Have a thoughtful approach to celebrating folks embarking on new career adventures
• Bonus points if you have experience recruiting for fashion, retail or e-commerce brands, and maintain strong networks across the United States
