[Remote] Systems Analyst II, Epic Business

The Systems Analyst II, Epic Business Applications leads the build, rollout, and support of assigned applications, ensuring effective application support and functioning as a liaison between various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Leads design and analysis, application configuration, testing, system documentation, and training if indicated
- Functions as second-level response for the assigned application(s) by communicating with end users of the system to understand issues and implement solutions
- Assist department management in use of assigned applications to assist with maximizing department performance and management decision-making
- Functions as a liaison between IS, customer department and vendor(s)
Skills
- 3 Years Information Technology - Systems Analysis
- EPIC Certification in Area of Responsibility
- Certified/Licensed/Registered in Field of Practice
- Associate's Degree Business
- Associate's Degree Healthcare
- Associate's Degree Technology
