[Remote] UiPath Project Manager

They are seeking an experienced UiPath Project Manager to lead healthcare automation initiatives, manage stakeholders, and ensure compliance while delivering measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle UiPath automation projects from discovery through deployment and hypercare
- Manage multiple concurrent healthcare automation initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
- Drive process discovery workshops, solution design sessions, UAT, deployment planning, and production readiness
- Track project KPIs including cost savings, FTE reduction, cycle-time improvements, and operational efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, healthcare security standards, and organizational governance policies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including UiPath Developers, Business Analysts, QA, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams
- Support automation CoE governance, best practices, reusable frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide executive-level reporting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project governance oversight
Skills
- Minimum: 5+ years & Maximum: 15-17 years of Overall Experience
- Minimum 2+ years leading UiPath or equivalent RPA implementations in production environments
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field

- Epic / Cerner / Meditech Exposure – 2+ years
- Working knowledge of healthcare workflows and EHR-integrated automation solutions
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Automation – 2+ years
- Prior Authorization, Claims Processing, Eligibility Verification, Charge Capture
- Stakeholder & Program Management – 5+ years
