A Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Salesforce CRM platform to support sales, marketing, service, and operational teams. The role is typically a blend of system administration, business analysis, reporting, user support, and process automation. What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark. Manage Salesforce user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings. Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making. Create and manage automations using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools. Ensure data quality through data governance, audits, cleansing, and deduplication efforts. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training. Manage integrations with third-party applications. Support Salesforce releases, testing, and change management activities. Document system configurations, processes, and best practices. Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. 2–5+ years of Salesforce administration experience. Salesforce Administrator Certification. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Strong reporting and dashboard development skills. Experience with Salesforce Flow automation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Administrator Certification. Platform App Builder Certification. Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or integrations. Experience supporting sales organizations.
