Salesforce Programmer QA
This is a remote position. Pragrammer QA(5 to 10yrs) Contract Remote Immediate Start We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts. This role involves designing and executing test strategies, mentoring junior QA staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of QA methodologies, automation tools, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive manual and/or automated testing strategies.
- Design, write, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, track, and report software defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide proactive solutions for defects.
- Lead post-release and regression testing efforts.
- Review UI/UX for consistency and functionality.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and lead QA initiatives across teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, CMDR).
- Monitor and report on quality metrics and KPIs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in software QA, including both manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in QA tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with performance and security testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SQL and scripting languages.
- Certifications like ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA are a plus.
