Remote Scheduler & Recruiter (Healthcare Account) Are you a results-driven professional with a background in recruitment, scheduling, or customer operations? Do you possess exceptional communication skills and a competitive mindset? We want you on our team! We are looking for a hybrid Scheduler / Recruiter to join our talent and operations division in Lima, Peru, under a 100% Remote / Contractor modality. In this dynamic role, you will be the engine behind both our talent pipeline expansion and the day-to-day coordination of healthcare professionals for the US market. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Conduct outbound sourcing calls to attract new caregiver talent, screen applicants through virtual interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline using web-based talent portals.
- Shift Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate the day-to-day schedules of caregivers, make outbound calls to offer open shifts, and monitor real-time clock-ins/outs to ensure operational coverage.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary, professional point of contact for inbound inquiries and referrals, successfully converting them into interviews and active placements.
- Administrative Compliance: Maintain meticulous digital documentation and up-to-date work records within our internal database software.
Requirements:
- Location: Based in Lima, Peru (100% Remote infrastructure required).
- Language: Advanced English proficiency (C1 level required for native-like business communication).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in scheduling, customer service, inside sales, or recruitment. Experience in healthcare administration, medical terminology, or homecare accounts is a huge plus!
- Skills: Strong inside sales acumen (ability to motivate talent), excellent telephone etiquette, independent judgment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (Standard US Eastern Time).
