Hiring: Senior DevOps Engineer – Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Location: Hybrid / Remote (U.S.) Competitive Compensation + Benefits A fast-growing technology and digital engineering organization is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP) to help build, operate, and optimize cloud infrastructure and application delivery platforms. This role is focused on improving platform reliability, security, automation, and developer productivity while supporting mission-critical cloud-native applications.
What You'll Do
Manage and support production workloads running on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Design, implement, and maintain Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) environments Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines for reliable application delivery Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Monitor, triage, and remediate security vulnerabilities Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and operational excellence Design and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions Partner closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues Automate operational processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and reliability Support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity initiatives Required Skills & Experience SkillExperience DevOps Engineering 8–12 Years Cloud Engineering (Any Cloud) 7+ Years GCP DevOps 3+ Years Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) 2+ Years CI/CD Pipelines 6+ Years Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) 1+ Year Cloud Run 1+ Year Cloud Monitoring 1+ Year Core Technologies Cloud & Platform
