Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Life Insurance Parental Leave Hands on Training Retirement Plan Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements: Valid Maryland Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required). Previous Allstate carrier experience (Required). Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the insurance industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions. A genuine desire to help people and build lasting relationships. Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently. Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in the insurance field. Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide expert guidance. Develop and present customized insurance proposals that meet individual client needs. Effectively manage a sales pipeline, from initial contact through closing the deal. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a diverse clientele. Stay current with insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes. Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to overall success. Achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a commitment to high performance. This is a remote position.
