Senior Privacy Architect – Manager
Job Description:
- Collaborate with technical teams in the identification and effective management of company-wide risks
- Lead definition and implementation of company-wide standards, practices, and patterns to protect personal data
- Work with Legal, Data Science, and other teams to introduce Privacy by Design principles
- Create privacy training for technical roles
Requirements:
- 15+ years of total experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical program/project management or privacy engineering
- Deep knowledge of current privacy and technology trends
- Demonstrated experience in ensuring privacy-by-design principles
- Proven track record in translating legal requirements into actionable technical measures
- Self-starter who can work autonomously
- Comfortable performing under pressure
- Strong organizational and motivational skills
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Outstanding communicator adept at engaging diverse audiences
- Sense of urgency and commitment to Airbnb's mission
- Experience in multiple roles with senior leaders
