Integrate and analyze data from diverse sources including electronic health records (EHRs), health information exchanges (HIEs), and claims data that are housed in Honest’s electronic data warehouse (EDW) and/or other population health platforms. Leverage expert SQL skills to extract and analyze large, complex data and transform it into informative deliverables, insights, tools, and presentations that clearly communicate trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Identify relationships in data sets, determine key fields, and independently recommend actionable insights. Manage and prioritize high-complexity ad hoc requests, working across teams to refine problem statements and deliver insights that influence business decisions. Introduce automation, efficiency, and standardization into existing reporting tools and analytic workflows. Provide coaching, technical guidance, and informal mentorship to Business Intelligence Analysts to support their development. Deliver timely, accurate responses to ad hoc requests and proactively surface root causes, trends and opportunities for optimization. Serve as a strategic partner through forming and maintaining strong relationships within the Analytics team, with stakeholders across the business – from individual contributors to executive leadership. Utilize strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to develop and deliver powerful insights through the adoption of new data visualization, advanced business intelligence, and emerging AI-driven tools (and support others in development of these skills) Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of data and its interpretation to support informed decision-making. Exhibit exceptional reliability and follow-through, with the ability to commit to multiple concurrent deadlines and be accountable for updates and on-time delivery.
