Structural CAD Drafter (Contract / Part-Time – Ongoing Work)
We are seeking a Structural CAD Drafter to assist with ongoing project work on a contract or part-time basis. This is an immediate need, with the opportunity for consistent, long-term collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare structural plan sets using provided calculations, markups, and architectural backgrounds
- Draft framing plans, foundation plans, and structural details
- Apply company templates, standards, and pen maps (colors/lineweights)
- Coordinate with our team to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
Requirements:
- Experience drafting structural plans (residential and/or light commercial)
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Basic understanding of structural concepts (framing, load paths, connections, etc.)
- Ability to follow established templates and standards
- Not entry-level — some prior experience required

- Flexible schedule; remote is acceptable
