Salary is $75,000 - $85,000/year | Credit given for experience Great Benefits Available Fully Remote Opportunity How you will make an impact: This role is part of our Procare CONNECT team, which performs talent acquisition responsibilities in a fast-paced setting, emphasizing attention to detail, organizational skills, communication, and customer service. Address concerns promptly, identify opportunities for enhancements, and actively engage in action plans to overcome obstacles. What you will need: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Minimum of 1 year of operational experience in senior living. Minimum of 4 years of experience working within senior living. Prior experience recruiting within senior living, specifically for director-level or higher roles. Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or Licensed Assisted Living Director, highly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and ATS platforms, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting technology. Experience partnering with executive and C-suite level stakeholders within senior living, preferred.
