Universal Experience Representative I
FirstLight Federal Credit Union is seeking a Universal Experience Representative (UER) to provide customer service and assist members with their banking needs. This role involves opening accounts, handling transactions, and providing financial education, while also building strong relationships and recommending solutions to save members time and money.
Responsibilities
- Helping members with everyday banking needs—such as opening accounts, handling transactions, and providing financial education—either in person or virtually
- Building strong relationships and acting as trusted advisors
- Recommending solutions that save members time and money
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year financial institution experience or three (3) years of customer service experience for every year of financial institution experience required
