UX Copywriter
We're seeking a UX Copywriter to support a leading financial institution's innovative digital team. This contract role is based in *Westwood, MA (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)* and involves creating clear, user-centered content to enhance online banking experiences. Join a collaborative environment focused on improving customer journeys through compelling messaging. *UX Copywriter Responsibilities:* * Develop and refine microcopy, product content, in-product messages, and transactional notifications across various platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, and product managers to create cohesive, accessible, and impactful content.
- Participate actively in team sessions, documenting and tracking copy development tasks.
- Edit content for clarity, tone, usability, and accessibility using tools like Figma, Word, and Confluence.
- Support multiple projects, managing priorities and improving team workflows.
*UX Copywriter Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing/Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Over five years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, or technical writing.
- Demonstrated UX-focused work portfolio showcasing impact and versatility.
- Strong editing, writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with designers, product teams, and researchers.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work iteratively.
