UX/UI Designer

Beyond creating interfaces, you'll have the opportunity to grow your Product Design expertise and influence key product metrics through user-centered design decisions About the product: We’re building a communication platform for Tier-1 markets with over 1 million users across the US, Canada, and the UK, transforming the way people connect and interact online. The product combines real-time communication, content, and social networking mechanics to create a space for authentic interaction with no ads inside the platform. \n In this role, you will Design landing pages, promotional pages, and microsites for marketing and product initiatives Adapt design solutions for different audiences, user segments, and markets Analyze user behavior, identify drop-off points in funnels, and propose improvements to increase conversion rates Conduct competitor research and explore best practices in web and product design Maintain and expand the UI Kit to ensure consistency across design solutions Deliver well-structured, developer-ready design files and prototypes Work on Junior–Middle level product design tasks, including UI improvements, small features, and user experience enhancements Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to achieve business and product goals It’s all about you 2+ years of UX/UI Design experience working on landing pages, websites, email templates, or web products Hands-on experience with modern AI tools for productivity enhancement, visual creation, and design workflow optimization Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, including user flows, wireframes, and basic user research methods Knowledge of UI principles and experience working with scalable design systems Basic HTML/CSS knowledge with an understanding of technical limitations in web development Experience creating and editing visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and images Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level for effective communication and collaboration Would be a plus Experience working in product teams or startups Understanding of marketing metrics and conversion optimization principles Experience creating animations and microinteractions to enhance user engagement What we offer Care and support: 20 paid vacation days, 15 sick leave days, and 6 additional days off for family events 100% medical insurance coverage Sports and equipment reimbursement Team building events, corporate gifts, and stylish merch Financial and legal support Maternity Recovery Support Allowance Position retention and support for those who join the Armed Forces of Ukraine Participation in social initiatives supporting Ukraine Comfortable working environment: Work from our Kyiv hub or remotely with a flexible schedule Modern equipment or depreciation of your own tools Investment in your future: Collaborate with a highly-skilled team of Middle & Senior professionals, sharing practical cases and expertise in the social networking niche 70% of our heads and leads have grown into their roles here – so can you!
