Web Content Editor
Trident Consulting is currently seeking a " Web Content Editor" for one of our industry-leading clients. Hiring: Web Content Editor Location: Remote Type: W2 Contract Rate: $45/hr on W2 The ideal candidate will have strong editorial and copyediting skills, experience managing website content, and the ability to leverage AI tools to create and optimize content at scale.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and optimize web content while maintaining brand voice and editorial standards.
- Review and refine AI-generated content using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Apply SEO best practices, including metadata, keywords, and content optimization.
- Ensure content complies with brand, accessibility, and quality guidelines.
- Conduct content audits and keep website information accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and engineering teams to deliver content efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in web content editing, digital content management, or content operations.
- Excellent copyediting, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Experience with CMS platforms; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and web content optimization.
- Hands-on experience using AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Workfront, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.
