The Job As a Web Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the structure and design of our web pages and mobile applications, ensuring a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics. You'll take the lead in further developing our corporate website, adding new features like dashboards and other dynamic materials that drive engagement and enhance the user experience. This is your chance to bring creativity and technical expertise together to make a lasting impact! Implementing visual elements that users see and interact within a web and mobile application. Maintain, improve existing features ensuring they can be fully utilized by the end-user. Work with multi-disciplinary teams, such as back end developers to ensure maximum optimization of the platform. Responsible for dashboarding, and making sure that looks great. About You You have an eye for both development and design and can apply your creative expertise to our core websites and applications to create user-friendly solutions. You possess a thorough understanding of new and emerging technologies and how they can be applied to our platform to enhance the user’s experience.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Frontend/Web Engineer with portfolios showcasing your completed projects. Experience working with autonomous teams. Solid understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment). At least 4 years of professional experience working with frontend tools, including TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Angular (version 13+). Experience with Micro-frontends, monorepos, and AWS is highly desirable. Excellent English and communication skills. You are currently based in South Africa, Kenya, or Portugal.
