About the Role
We partner with more than 44,000 labor unions and associations across North America, helping their members review supplemental benefits they have already requested information about. This means no cold calling, no door-to-door sales, and no chasing uninterested prospects. You’ll be speaking with members who are expecting support and guidance. In this role, your focus will be helping members understand their available options, answering questions clearly, and guiding families toward coverage that fits their needs. What You’ll Do You’ll schedule and conduct virtual or in-person consultations with union members, explain available benefit programs in a clear and professional way, and help members choose coverage options based on their individual needs. You’ll also maintain accurate records, complete follow-up, provide ongoing service, and contribute to a positive team culture focused on growth and client support. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge and comfort using virtual tools are important, along with strong organization, time management, and personal accountability. A background in customer service, sales, or leadership can be helpful, but it is not required. Full training is provided.
