Work from home Client Success Advisor
The Client Success Advisor – Family Protection is dedicated to helping families secure their financial future through personalized insurance solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs, educate them on coverage options, and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term satisfaction. Success in this position comes from building strong relationships, delivering value, and being a reliable resource for families at every stage of life. Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and consult with clients (warm leads only – no cold calling)
- Educate families on life insurance and financial protection options
- Customize coverage solutions based on client needs and budget
The Compensation
- The average sale on a beginning contract pays between $600 - $800.
- Agents are able to earn a 5% raise every 2-3 months.
- There are no quotas.
- Compensation is 100% commission-based and varies by performance. These ranges reflect averages for active agents
