What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead and direct multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Develop strategic project delivery plans, including detailed schedules and risk management strategies
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external planning and project status meetings
- Monitor project budgets, burn rates, and milestones to ensure uninterrupted project progress
- Report project performance metrics and status to internal and external stakeholders
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree is desirable
- 3-6 years of experience in a customer-facing project/program delivery leadership role within a professional services organization
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Management of information security projects preferred
- Previous experience in a security services environment
- Significant experience as a Consultant providing security expertise to clients
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Experience interfacing with both clients and partners
