[Remote] Product Engineering Manager - Gas Turbines

Ellaway Blues Consulting is a Leading US Turnkey Energy Solutions Company specializing in innovative service and equipment solutions to the energy industry worldwide. They are seeking a Product Engineering Manager specializing in Gas Turbines to develop technical products and work cross-functionally with teams to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical specifications
- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with engineering, supply chain, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Manage the product development process, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting deadlines and timelines, risk management, and ensuring that the product is delivered on time and within budget
- Ensure the product is thoroughly validated and meets quality standards before launch
- Possess a strong technical background in rotating equipment, preferably gas turbines, to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with various teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful product execution
Skills
- Bachelor's degree Minimum in Mechanical or Engineering related Discipline
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of hardware development methodologies, design, manufacturing, and validation principles
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management and driving successful product launches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
