They are seeking a Recruiter for a top apparel company, responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, interviewing candidates, and assisting in salary negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates
- Screen, interview and register prospective professional candidates
- Submit and review candidates with the sales staff and the customer
- Assist in negotiating salaries and satisfying customers needs
- Respond to multiple orders, and provide professional support to managers
Skills
- Candidates need to demonstrate the ability to quickly and accurately recruit and present candidates and create and maintain long lasting professional relationship
- Previous full cycle recruitment experience (2-5 years)
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
