Veterinary Technician Recruiter - Remote

This is a remote opportunity, however, candidates should live in Eastern or Central Time zones and be flexible to travel in the Southeast and Midwest regions as needed. Your Impact as a Veterinary Technician Recruiter As a Veterinary Technician Recruiter, you are a critical partner in our growth. You'll be responsible for finding and attracting the best technician talent in a challenging market. This is a fast-paced, results-oriented role where you'll own the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a superior candidate and hiring manager experience while building a strong talent pipeline for our hospitals.

  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting: You'll work closely with hospital leadership to understand their staffing needs, customize job postings, screen candidates, and conduct in-depth virtual interviews.
  • Be a Strategic Sourcing Expert: You'll leverage various resources to find top talent, including industry job boards, social media, referrals, college connections, and other networking avenues.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: You'll solicit feedback from your hospital leaders to ensure satisfaction with the hiring process, and you'll adjust your strategy accordingly to deliver high-quality candidates.
  • Build Our Talent Pipeline: You'll partner with our Campus Engagement team to develop new and existing relationships with tech schools, programs, and associations.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: You'll ensure all candidate and requisition data is meticulously tracked and managed within our Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
  • Serve as a Brand Advocate: You'll proudly represent Mission Pet Health at national recruiting events, including career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences (travel less than 25%). What You'll Bring to the Team
  • A results-oriented drive and experience in a fast-paced, full-cycle recruiting role.
  • Proven success in creative sourcing strategies (social media, job boards, networking).
  • Excellent communication and behavioral interviewing skills.
  • The ability to build strong, trusting relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Experience and discipline in maintaining data integrity in an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS preferred).
  • The ability to thrive while working remotely and managing competing priorities.
